I recently bought a Floral Print Wrap and a Satin Lined Sleep Cap. The ordering process was smooth, website was easy to navigate. The items themselves are really well made; the satin lining on both feels premium and gentle on my hair. The floral print is vibrant, exactly as pictured. Shipping took 6 days to reach me in California, which was a little longer than some other places I've ordered from, but still within a reasonable timeframe. Packaging was neat. I haven't needed customer support, so can't comment there. Overall, a good experience and the products are worth it for the quality. I'm considering a Pre-tied Turban next.
